KETAMINE-ASSISTED THERAPY IN BOSTON & ONLINE
Ketamine Assisted Therapy
What Is Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP)?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful, research-backed approach that combines low-dose ketamine treatment with supportive therapy sessions. It’s designed to help clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or blocked in traditional talk therapy — especially those navigating trauma, panic disorder, or long-standing emotional pain.
KAP can accelerate insight, support emotional breakthroughs, and soften the inner resistance that often holds healing back.
How It Works
We partner with a licensed prescriber to ensure ketamine is safely and legally prescribed, often in the form of oral lozenges taken at home or in a calm, supportive therapy setting. You remain awake, aware, and accompanied throughout the process.
Your therapist guides you through every step:
- Initial Assessment & Preparation
We’ll explore your goals, history, and mindset, and help you prepare emotionally and logistically for your KAP journey. - Ketamine Session (Virtual or In-Person)
You’ll take the prescribed dose in a calm setting with your therapist present (virtually or in person). These sessions typically last 90–120 minutes. - Integration Therapy
After the experience, we’ll help you make meaning of it — integrating insights, emotions, and breakthroughs into your life.
